RECEIVE & REMOVE
Your body is a machine, and functions just like such. Your body can be a well-oiled, efficiently-functioning machine, or can be a squeaky, creaky, dilapidated mess, struggling along on its' last leg.
All of our machines have been compromised. Environmental toxins (fluoride, chem trails, polluted air), stress and anxiety damage, financial stressors, toxic foods and drugs, emotional and social pressures and stress, and so on and so forth.
What you receive into your system (your body, mind and spirit)...what you take in, with or without your approval, literally makes or breaks you. You receive information, which is essentially vibration, through your eyes, ears, mouth, nose, and touch. You take in this information, through what you hear, see, taste, touch, and feel and compile thoughts and beliefs regarding the information. This informational system, a totality of the vibrations you have taken in, contributes to and creates the overall vibration of your being.
It is through free will alone that you can begin to change that which comes into your being. Through the constant, diligent practice of consciously re-building your system, over time you will form a new structure upon which your consciousness rests.
