MOVING YOUR BODY
    We promote exercise that is gentle, yet effective, for building strong bones and muscles, circulating your blood, and flushing toxins. We do not promote extreme exercise, as it is slowly being proven to actually hurt one's body, as opposed to helping it. Numerous papers have been written on the increasing joint disfunction in long-time exercisers. 
     The overworking, or pounding, of your joints, can result in the need for hip and knee replacements as you reache mid-life. Ask anyone in their late 50's or 60's how many people they know who damaged their body through overworking. They will tell you how very common it is for people to have joints replacements when they stop functioning properly.

     We are conservative when it comes to how you treat your body. Our philosophy is that through the divine, we are each given one body per lifetime. What an amazing transportation system for a soul! It is our free-will as to how we will treat our vehicle. We promote Hippocrate's oath..."First do no harm'.  This doesn't mean to take care of yourself through food and nutrition alone. It goes for taking care of your body in any, and every, way. Food, stress management, breath work, proper (non-damaging) exercise, mental exercise, products to repair and re-build your body, etc.
     Exercise should not be a chore and should not be hard. Exercise should be a pleasurable, necessary and habitual act of simply moving your body. If you are active, busy, and vibrant, you should have no trouble, whatsoever, keeping your vehicle in great working condition.
     Exercise because of the feeling it brings. Exercise for the joy of moving your body. Exercise for YOU.
